Returns & Exchanges

We work hard to make great items and we’re always double-checking the quality of our shirts. 

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can send it back for exchange or store credit within 30 business days of receiving it. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition to qualify for an exchange or refund.

A couple of things to note: 

  • Shipping charges are not refundable. (Because we've already paid the Postal Service!)
  • Our shirts are hand-printed here in Philadelphia, so we can’t guarantee that all items and sizes will be in stock for exchanges. 
  • Special-edition items and items that were pre-ordered are not refundable or exchangeable, as all orders are made-to-order and we don't carry extra inventory. 
  • Exchanges will be shipped out at no additional cost, but please note that you are responsible for mailing back the original item to us in original condition.
  • All sale items are final purchase and can not be returned or exchanged. 
  • All orders with international destination locations outside the US are final. This means we can not accept returns for international shipments. 

To return or exchange a shirt:

Step 1: Send us an email and include the following

  • Your name
  • Your order number
  • A quick explanation of the reason for the return/exchange, and if exchanging, what item you’d like to exchange for.

Step 2: We’ll check inventory and confirm your requested exchange is available. Then we'll tell you where to ship the tee back to. 

Step 3: As soon as we receive your returned item we’ll ship out your new exchange item or process your refund.
