Returns & Exchanges
We work hard to make great, quality items that will last for years. We’re always double-checking the quality of our products, and we inspect every item before we ship it to you.
If you have an issue with your order, contact us at hi(at)photogenicsupply.com or via our Contact Us Page and we will reply within 3 business days to remedy the situation.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We offer a wide variety of products, and we're always working hard to innovate and create new, interesting and unique offerings. For this reason, the Return/Exchange policy depends on the specific item you purchased.
We offer Free Returns and Exchanges within 30 days on all unworn, unwashed, original-condition Apparel items (t-shirts, hoodies, hats, socks, long-sleeves, crewnecks). The only exception to this is pre-order items that were specifically made to order for you (see below).
Because all pre-orders are made to order specifically for you, we don't carry extra inventory and pre-order items are not refundable or exchangeable. However, if your item is not to your satisfaction, contact us and we can arrange for a return for store credit.
Special-edition items such as Woodcrafts and other limited-edition items can not be exchanged, since they are very limited edition. If you are not satisfied with your item, contact us and we will find a way to make it right for you.
Final Sale Items:
Final Sale items are exactly that - final sale. These items are discounted from their original price and are limited inventory, and we can not accept any returns, refunds or exchanges on these items. Please keep this in mind when purchasing Final Sale items.
- Shipping charges are not refundable. (Because we've already paid the Postal Service!)
- Our shirts are hand-printed here in Philadelphia, so we can’t guarantee that all items and sizes will be in stock for exchanges.
- Exchanges will be shipped out at no additional cost
- Please note that you are responsible for returning your items to us in original condition. We can not accept returns of damaged, worn, dirty or used merchandise.
- All orders with international destination locations outside the US are final. This means we can not accept returns for international shipments.
How to return or exchange an item:
Step 1: Send us an email and include the following
- Your name
- Your order number
- A quick explanation of the reason for the return/exchange, and if exchanging, what item you’d like to exchange for.
Step 2: We’ll check inventory and confirm your requested exchange is available. Then we'll tell you how to return your item.
Step 3: As soon as we receive your returned item we’ll ship out your new exchange item or process your refund.
